I have finally found something worthy of my very first post. Heidi and I took Stacy out last night to try and take her mind off of things.(It worked!!!!) We went to Annapolis to see Guthrie Matthews Method at Stan and Joe's. Now I am not really one to like going out to bars, but I must say that I had a great time. The ride up there was worth going all on its own. We had such a good time. Stacy SOOO needed it!!!! She said it was the best time she's had in AGES!! Heidi and I were getting thank you's all the way home. When we first got there it was so crowded that we could hardly get in the door, but we were able to get stools at the bar right by the band soon enough. That's when the fun really began. I got to meet Heidi's sister Jeni and her friend Katie. They were very nice and sooo funny. I must say that you will see some REALLY freaky people when you go out  to any bar but I saw some good ones last night. First, let's talk about the two drunk neanderthals that wanted to dance with everyone. If they couldn't find a partner( and they couldn't) they danced in front of the band. The one guy even asked ME to dance(out of desperation I guess). I said no. Finally Jeni told him to SHOO and he tucked his tail between his legs and left. Then there was the 80'S throwback. Dressed in SHORT jean cut offs and a shiny  metallic silver shirt. He was dancing with everybody, right Heidi?  The one I liked the most was Red. He was like an overweight Carrot-Top, but without the humor. He stood behind Jeni and ogled her for a while but she left. So he turned his loving attentions to Heidi. And I do mean Loving, based on the woody he was sporting! Speaking of woodies, There was this one couple who were practically fucking up against the bar until this red headed woman told them they needed to leave because they were "grotesque" and then SHE started flirting with Heidi.  Go figure.
   The best part of the night was Stacy. She got to get her mind off of all the shit that has been going on in her life for a while. And she had help. His name is CJ. He is just HOT and boy can he dance. I only got to speak with him for a minute but he seems nice and Katie said she has seen him before at the bar. So no, not a stalker. And he did appear to be into Stacy in a big way.  They did manage to trade digits (and possibly a few other things) before the bar closed and we had to leave.  All in all, was a great night. I would really like to do this again. I had such a good time. Almost makes me sad I don't drink. How much funnier would last night have been if I was drunk??
